Source: News.net.au The logo is on the shoes and the shoes brand is known for cleaning.

It says the word ‘logos’ should be used to identify the brand in relation to the brand, including the logo and the business name.
However, the law says consumers may not use the logo for commercial purposes.
“It is important to understand that this is not a trademark, but rather a mark that is registered with the Australian Trademark and Patent Office (ATPO), which does not issue a trademark licence,” the ACLW says.
As for the word cleaning, the ACL says the name should be consistent with the meaning of the word, such as cleaning, or to emphasise the cleaning process.
A spokesperson for Shoes Cleaners said the company was working to update its website.
‘No-one should have to go through this’It is a shame that this logo has been used by the shoes cleaner company to mislead consumers, the spokesperson said.
“As the company has been working with the ACCC to get this fixed, we have removed the logo from our website and will be re-instating it in a future update.”
In response to the issue, the ACCW said it had raised concerns about the use of the logo.
They said it was inappropriate for a company to use the word cleaner on its own website.
The ACCW is also investigating whether the company had breached consumer protection laws.
